Ting Lin
Ting has been a meditation guide for 4 years. “I feel so lucky to be able to share this meditation with kids; to witness the changes. I am truly so joyful to be able to dedicate my time and energy to this program.”
Lauren Guss
Lauren has been practicing this meditation for more than 10 years. She has done multiple meditation workshops for schools, hospitals, cancer support programs, and companies. Her goal is to help the world to live a life free of stress and conflict and one of peace and coexistence.
CJ Lee
CJ has been a meditator for the past 18 years and a guide for 14 years. It has been a dream job to help others and especially kids who benefit so much through this simple method of meditation. She is always excited to meet new kids and meditate together.
