Daily "Bootcamp" Activities:
-Meditate (30-60min, multiple live session available daily with personalized support)
-Exercise (30+min)
-Self-study (10-20min)
-Journaling
-One habit change (e.g. healthy eating, improve sleep hygiene, monitor spending, etc.)
Making positive lifestyle changes alone can be difficult, but together is both motivating and fun! You will have the chance to track your progress and share/be inspired together with others.
