I’ve been thinking about getting one of those adjustable desks since I spend so much time working from home and my back and neck have been feeling sore lately. Sitting all day just isn’t cutting it anymore, but I’m not sure if standing all the time is any better either. Has anyone tried these desks that let you switch between sitting and standing? I’m curious if they actually help with comfort and focus, and also if they fit well in smaller spaces.
