Hey everyone, I manage a small team at work, and a few of my team members have ADHD. I’ve been looking for tools to help them stay on track without feeling micromanaged. I heard Liven might help with habit tracking and reminders, but I’m not sure how effective it really is for people who struggle with focus. Has anyone tried using Liven in this kind of situation?

Before upgrading my GPU, I used this CPU and GPU bottleneck checker and found out my current processor wouldn't keep up. Saved me from wasting money on an upgrade that wouldn't have helped!
Sometimes even just creating a simple visual structure can help a lot, ADHD or not. I’ve noticed that having a clear, visible checklist or a whiteboard for the day’s goals makes it easier to see what needs to be done. It’s satisfying to cross things off, and it gives a real sense of accomplishment. Even small, consistent actions can help build momentum and make the whole day feel more organized without adding stress.
I’ve used Liven myself to manage ADHD-related routines, and it can actually be pretty helpful if set up right. You can break tasks into tiny, manageable habits and get subtle reminders throughout the day. It’s not perfect, but it keeps things from slipping through the cracks. I also checked out some Liven reviews on Reddit before trying it, which gave me ideas for how to structure tasks without overwhelming yourself.
