Has anyone here been working on refining their user segmentation lately? We’ve started diving deeper into behavioral and contextual signals, and while it’s powerful, it’s also getting pretty complex. The more granular we go, the harder it is to manage audience overlap or keep the segments meaningful. I feel like we’re reaching a point where more data doesn’t automatically mean better results. Curious how others are drawing the line between useful segmentation and just noise.

Totally agree—going deeper into behavioral/contextual signals is powerful, but it can quickly become noise. What helped us is defining a clear goal for each segment (activation, retention, upsell) and regularly merging or retiring overlaps. Sometimes fewer, well-defined groups work better than endless micro-segments. On a personal note, when I deal with complexity overload, I look at inspiring words to reset perspective—this collection really helps me: https://griefquote.com/missing-you-grief-quotes/”
